Healthy foods are always on search by  everybody especially when we travel long distance with our family we prefer healthy snacks than  unhealthy foods .Here are some tips that is easy to everybody to follow:


Nuts and dried fruits

   Nuts and dried fruits are make a good snack while travelling to a long distance.It is even good for children's and aged people. It fills the stomach and provides us with vitamins and proteins in right amount. Mixing dried fruits such as almonds, cashew nuts,walnuts ,pista etc..in dried containers help us to take these long distance.


Popcorn

Popcorn is one of the healthy and nutritious snack to carry in packed bags.It is easy to make in the home than buying from shops.Place it in oven in butter or coconut oil and add some pepper and cinnamon to make  delicious.Adding salt and pepper provides more taste to the popcorn as a spicy snack.

Home made plantain chips is another one of the good snack to take long with any contamination and a good source of vitamin is present in plantain chips .The family along with kids love chips very much not only plantain chips various veggie chips also make a good snack to eat while travelling. Preparing the veggie chips in house is an easy task and have to plan it accordingly before travelling long.



Wheat breads

Breads or chapattis made of wheat is a good snack which can be rolled in silver foil packets and can be taken when hungry without any curries or sabzies. If aloo paratha is prepared it makes even more dish for aged and children's .Dont add oil or ghee to bread or chapattis it may cause stomach upset.

These are some of the items mentioned to make picnic or travelling an enjoyable one. But there are many other dishes that can prepared before travelling such as laddoos, made of rava,which is loved by person of each and every age.Before planing to travel plan which foods can be taken and prepare it accordingly.The next step involves prepare it in clean and dried manner so that it will not get contaminated easily.the third step is to pack it in a good containers or packets so that it doesn't get fungal or microbial attack.So make a healthy diet for a healthy travelling.
