Benefits of Gooseberry (Indian Gooseberry) all you need to understand

 Gooseberry is a chemical medicine. This plant is a storehouse of Vitamin C. Gooseberry helps in nourishing the body and boosting the immune system.

 The scientific name of the gooseberry family Euphorbiaceae is Emblic officinalis guitar. In Sanskrit it is known as Amalakam, Vayastha, Siva, Dhatri and Amrita Phalam

 Gooseberry contains pectin, vitamin C, B complex, calcium, iron, gynecological acid, tonic acid, albumin, starch and other chemicals.

 




For diabetics: Gooseberry juice taken in equal proportions with turmeric powder can cure diabetes.

Hyper acidity: Green gooseberry juice is good to mix with milk.  

Mouth sore: Mix cumin and black cumin powder in gooseberry juice and eat it in cow's curd.  

Urinary incontinence: Fry green gooseberry and apply on navel.

 Mineral Nutrition: Roast and grind black gram in gooseberry juice and serve 5 gm daily.  

For hair loss: Take equal amount of gooseberry juice and onion juice and apply it on the hair and wash it off to reduce hair loss.

Gooseberry can be taken with Jaggery to relieve body aches, weakness and anemia.

 In eye diseases: Roast green gooseberry juice and pour it in the eyes.

Excessive consumption of gooseberry juice has been shown to lower blood sugar levels drastically.

Excessive use of gooseberry also causes excessive bleeding from wounds.
